WHAT CAN I EXPECT ?
Afternoon Coffee and Tea with home-made scones from 13:30 before the event.
Lying on the Mat for 14:00 sharp ! with blankets and Pillows. Peter will come around with the various singing bowls, these Bowls have been collected all over the world and create a fantastic atmosphere of sound within the studio.
This session aims to:-

- Deep relaxation and pain relief
- chakra balancing
- improve mental clarity

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
(THE DAY BEFORE THIS RETREAT, recommended to avoid teas / coffees and to eat only fruit and vegetables, as many as you like with at least 2 litres of water. No alcohol the Night before)This mini retreat offers, the ability to increase muscle strength and helps with learning the resistance that actually does happen in a challenging yoga class. The retreat will be offering balancing variations and inversions too !! we will be using the aid of Yoga balls, straps and weights ! This is not recommended for persons who do not have a regular practice |

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Please bring Mat, blanket and Pillow (Chairs are provided for persons who prefer to sit supported).
Bev will take us through Various Mudras a recap and follow on from previous event. After we have been through the various Mudra, Allison will take us into a very deep meditation known as Yoga Nidra.
WHAT DO MUDRAS DO FOR US ?
They are hand gestures, that improve the flow of energy through our Nadis (meridians through the map of the body). Doing Mudras improve:-
- Your Spiritual Practice within Yoga.
- Calm the mind and nervous system
- stimulates a balance through the body, digestion, and improves the flow of energy through the body
- THEY WORK !!! COME AND SEE FOR YOURSELF
