All Classes are on schedule, the only change is Tuesday 8th January 2019 – Toning on the ball (beginners Class) in place of Pilates. Pilates starts back on 15th January 2019

  • We do not recommend any of the classes on the timetable if you are Pregnant, however Meditation would be absolutely fantastic for ante-natal.  After baby has arrived, please speak to your instructor so we can get you back into a healthy mind, body and spirit

19:15 to 20:30 Yoga Mari’s Class will be the following:-

Yoga Postures that incorporate a flowing sequence of poses, synchronised with breathing.  This class will improve flexibility, energise the body and also focus on the relaxation of the mind

Allisons Class  will be the following:-

Yoga Postures to focus on flexibility, strengthening and balance, ending off with Meditation.

Both classes are not recommended for people with health problems, Purple Dove would consider these classes intermediate.
